Alissa Castro and I have both worked as percussion specialists/techs in so many different schools (over 30 schools between us!!!) The crazy thing is... we always see the same issues! So we teamed up with one goal in mind, making a resource for Band Directors that will set them on the right path when it comes to dealing with the percussionists in the back of the band room.

The result is the Groundwork Percussion Band Director Bootcamp! This is a 5-day camp, all online. You'll get a new video everyday, a private group full of fellow educators to bounce ideas off of, and access to both Alissa and I, who will answer any questions you have!!
